What happens if the weather is bad on my event day?

Safety is our top priority. In case of severe weather, we offer flexible rescheduling options. We also offer rain insurance for complete peace of mind. Our Trident yacht has climate-controlled interior spaces, so light rain doesn’t typically affect your event. We monitor weather conditions closely and will contact you 24-48 hours before your charter if conditions look questionable.

Can I bring my own decorations and setup for my event?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring decorations to personalize your event yacht charter. Our crew can assist with basic setup. We ask that decorations be yacht-friendly (no permanent adhesives, open flames, or items that could damage the vessel). Your event yacht charter includes the vessel rental, professional captain and crew, basic sound system, tables and seating, and standard yacht amenities. Additional services like catering, bar service, decorations, photography, and extended crew services are available for additional fees.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions for event catering?
